For parents wishing to send their children to college in the U.S., financial constraints are a concern if they have not managed to save enough to pay for college without having to resort to applying for a loan.
The most common mistake is that many families begin to make their savings when the child is in secondary education at that age is a bit late. Ideally, collect money from the early years of schooling do little in bank accounts that provide interest. Over time you will feel the benefit.
When you receive some extra money in any way or reason, take part to these savings ye also involve the rest of the family in order to achieve systematic or sporadic contributions of siblings, grandparents and other relatives.
There are alternatives such as education IRAs, Savings Plans Custodial Accounts 529 and to which is added an option that is very favorable whereby Upromise is reimbursed – free of taxes, a percentage of the amount spent on everyday purchases markets, shops, pharmacies and other commercial sites bound into savings for college.
To want is power! Prioritize the future of their children, reduce non-essential expenses in your home and begin to deposit this amount no matter how small as possible. Help them get into college is worth any effort.

When we travel at times we tend to spend more than necessary, starting with the travel insurance that goes up a lot and is amortized over 80 percent of cases… It usually takes more money than we think we need “for case” and end up penniless back no matter if we take more than necessary.
The following are some tips that can help prevent over-spends on travel:
1. No change all currencies in places near the airport.- If we need foreign currency it is best not to change in places near the airport and they have high commissions, where you can get better exchange is an exchange of the country visited.
2. Avoid buying souvenirs and food at tourist sites.- For the monuments or places where tourists abound areas commercial businesses have to pay higher rents and this is reflected in the prices they handle, they should also be careful where they eat and eat and as a tourist you are very vulnerable to certain foods even if they are unprepared.
3. Do not buy many souvenirs.- You always want a souvenir, but to look for a worthwhile and not buying everything we see, remember to return your bag can be heavy or you end up needing another.
4. Not prove to be a tourist.- If you show that you try to overcharge tourists more for any purchase except in places with fixed prices as shopping malls or supermarkets.
5. Make sure you bring everything you need.- Anything you need to buy it and you’ll forget again. Read the rest of this entry →

The purchase of the month is a torture for many people, here are some tips that I once gave a friend of mine who worked in a large area and technical merchandising and we can make substantial savings in your shopping cart.
- When you go shopping take a list of the products you want and stick to it.
- He estimates that leaves you more profitable, if visiting many sites or shopping at one.
- Made 30 miles to buy something you save € 1 is not profitable, you spend more on gasoline.
- Compare prices with white markings. If you do not trust the white mark on the label fijate and see who makes it, surely you see that the manufacturer is the same as the Mark 1.
- Beware of offers, it’s very common to buy things because they are bid and then we are spoiled.
- Make a purchase with more families, I mean, if you are three and you want the same bleach for example, buy the one you get 3 x 2 if it fits your taste, like this always gets a free product and lowers the purchase of three. Mind you, this solution is that of the previous point, because how you do your home with 3 cans of lye?, Yes, I know you’re going to use, but three months a lot can happen. Best, agree with other people and do some part of the basket together. Remember that your house is not a store .
- When buying, go with a full stomach, you crave less.
- Look at the upper and lower shelves, it is usually more expensive to live up to their eyes.
- Go better when there are few people, so buying faster, make fewer stops and therefore have less time to look at the shelves.
- Why the food in a supermarket is always after the child’s clothes only 9 €, accessories for cars, indoor plants and school supplies?
- Better without children.
- Do not go to a supermarket just because on the radio have said the whiting is only 5 € a kilo, is a good price, but certainly not amortize the rest of the purchase unless you buy 50 kilos of whiting.
- Compare the price of products packaged fresh-cut products, yes, the sausage tray costs only 2 euros, eye are 75 grams per kilo you goes out to 26 euros.
- Watch the card to see if you pay more in interest than you save parking.
- Following the previous point, do not buy on credit, do it with money you have, it makes no sense to be paying for months, something that no longer exists.
- We continue with something like sausage, looking drained weight that has a can of olives and what you would the same weight by buying in bulk. This advice is for all packaging.
- If you buy every week, buy for a week , if you finally have to throw something away because it has been bad, we to ruin any savings that we could do.
Can you think of something else?

In Mexico, a box of cigarettes costs 35 to 40 pesos, for starters, note that the minimum wage does not exceed 60 pesos, in these days of crisis, smoking is a luxury and expensive. Surely we all know at least one person who smokes one box per day, can you imagine how much money to spend on cigarettes a year? In addition to quitting smoking for your health, do it for your economy also saves money and helps your pocket.
To date I have 3 years to quit smoking and I really feel much healthier and happy to have achieved something that cost me much work, since then bought a pack of cigarettes, and yesterday when I was driving home from a friend I asked you to please pass to buy some cigarettes for him. I was surprised by the price of a box.
To give us a better idea of what you could save a person who smokes a pack a day, see what you could buy in return.
- Could you share two 40-inch flat screens.
- You may pay a ticket on a one week cruise through the Caribbean.
- Going Miami weekend.
- Spend about 4 days on the beach in a hotel all inclisve in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Buy you a moped (scooter) 125 cc
- Share a round trip ticket to Europe.
- 3 quality digital cameras ..
There are several things one property, it is only to buy, and were the first that came to mind, but imagine what you could do with that money, or just save it for future investment.
